With immense knowledge and experience, he has been serving as a Hon. Senior Physician, Cardiologist & Diabetologist since 1981. His MBBS was completed in 1976 followed by MD (General Medicine) and FCPS (General Medicine) in 1981. He did MCPS from College of Physicians and Surgeon in 1977. He has taken specialty experience at Houston (USA) for Cardiology, Dusseldolf (Germany) for Diabetes andLondon (UK) for General Medicine.
Dr. Fulara is also attached to foreign consulates viz. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic in Mumbai. He is a family physician to the Royal Families of GCC Countries.
